The P. Buckley Moss Endowed Scholarship in the College of Fine and Applied Arts for a Special Education Student was created in 1996 by P. Buckley Moss and the Moss Portfolio through sales of the Moss painting of Buchtel Hall. The scholarship is awarded annually to a special education student enrolled in a program within the College of Fine and Applied Arts. Students applying for this scholarship are requested to submit an essay, a maximum of five typed pages, describing how they will benefit from this award. It may be renewed annually by submitting another request and essay.
