Levinson, Sol Scholarship Fund
Established in 1978 by the Cuyahoga Falls chapter of Lions International in honor of 50-year member Sol Levinson, revered Cuyahoga Falls leader, The Sol Levinson Scholarship Fund provides tuition assistance for blind or partially sighted undergraduates. After Levinson’s death in 1986, this fund became a memorial scholarship and was extended to include, secondarily, deaf and hearing impaired students. Recipients are selected by the University Scholarship Committee, with first preference being a resident of Cuyahoga Falls
