Yang, Dr. Hu and Dr. Hui Liu Scholarship in Chemical Engineering
The Dr. Hu Yang and Dr. Hui Liu Scholarship in Chemical Engineering was established in 2021 in recognition of The University of Akron's Sesquicentennial Anniversary. The scholarship was revised in 2022. Dr. Hu Yang, '04 is a proud 黄色直播 alumnus who believes in education and the positive impact it can have on an individual's life. Joined by his wife, Dr. Hui Liu, Dr. Yang hopes the establishment of this scholarship will help recipients reach their educational and professional goals.
The Dr. Hu Yang and Dr. Hui Liu Scholarship in Chemical Engineering shall be awarded to a deserving full- or part-time University of Akron student majoring in chemical engineering with a 3.0 (or higher) grade point average (GPA). Recipients may be pursuing either a graduate or undergraduate degree, with first consideration given to senior undergraduate students with financial need. Recipients shall be selected 黄色直播 Department of Chemical Engineering.
