Lavelli Family Scholarship in Dance
The Lavelli Family Scholarship in Dance was created by Lucinda Lavelli, director of the School of Dance, Theatre, and Arts Administration, to honor her family’s pursuit of the arts and physical excellence. The scholarship will provide financial assistance for a junior or senior dance major at The University of Akron who has demonstrated academic and/or artistic excellence. The recipient will be selected annually by the director of the School of Dance, Theatre, and Arts Administration in coordination with the Office of Student Financial Assistance.
