Fitch, Josephine Ellison and Foy Nelson Fitch Endowed Scholarship in Social Work

The Josephine Ellison Fitch and Foy Nelson Fitch Endowed Scholarship in Social Work was created in 1998 through a gift from their daughter, Dr. Virginia L. Fitch, professor of social work. The earnings from this endowed fund will be used to provide scholarship assistance to a promising social work major with demonstrated need, based on recommendation of the School of Social Work faculty. The scholarship is open to an undergraduate or graduate student and is renewable.
