An endowment fund established under the will of Theodore C. Dethloff, well-known Akron labor leader who died in 1980, The Theodore C. and Frances S. Dethloff Scholarship Fund provides scholarship assistance to worthy graduate or undergraduate students, with preference given to those enrolled in the fields of engineering, medicine, and law, including students in pre-medicine and pre-law. Selection is by the University Scholarship Committee.
