Biography

Eihab Abousena is originally from Egypt and specializes in Arabic Language acquisition, the Middle East, and International Politics. Abousena began teaching at The University of Akron in the spring of 2004. Abousena has been coordinating the Arabic Program and began teaching Arabic language classes at the Department of Modern Languages in academic year 2006-2007 along with teaching in the Department of Political Science. He taught at Kent State University, Cleveland State University, John Carroll University and Hiram College. Courses taught include: Arabic Language at all levels, Politics of the Middle East, Comparative Politics, World Politics and International Politics.
